Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday….

Rode yesterday…10.21 miles..flatter route in zwift….whoop said I was over training….did I listen…when I feel like riding..I like to ride/workout…and inrecovered last night with 98% of my required sleep…so…be riding today on different route….

Turned small fan on last night..with windows opened….was 59 this morning….didn’t want to shed the covers…lol…but I’m up and moving…along with the birds chirping….

☕️ os my next duty….lol…now time to sip…lol…been up since 533am…but wake up slow…my body know route…my eyes don’t want to open…so..been making my coffee with mct oil and butter…this week…trying a new mix…it does keep me less hungry…yesterday I ordered raisin bread to make a sandwich with my eggs…lol…the guy taking the order repeated it back…they know I don’t eat carbs…lol…but figured…since I ride about 2 hours after..and it’s just the bread…il burn it off …

Mmmm coffee and butter…and mct oil…my own version of bullet proof coffee….I hear birds outside window 2nd floor making nest in gutter…or around it….eyes are starting to spin in my head….lol…waking up…

Nurses here will see my weigh in from yesterday…I’m sure they will be shocked by hoe much it’s gone done…shooting for 15-29 doing water fasting at end of month this month…we will see…

Well….coffee was good…however..it’s gone…..sad face …lol time to get dressed…put weight in…get ready for breakfast…
