Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

Another great ride yesterday….however whoop was in yellow today…said I was over training…lol…I hate taking a day off…my body will tell me when I need an easy day…

Woke up to 61 with window open….so nice at night….will have to shut window about 8am….keep the room cool…plan to ride again today on flatter route…my rest ride…lol…

Weighed in for month yesterday….had planned to wait till Monday..but decided to get it over with…
