Day 5 of the rest of summer! God is good.:)

Hiked 1 hr 18 mins - 6.8 km(9,245 steps). Ran 7 mins. Munday Park, 27 degrees celsius. Loving my free pedometer app.;-)

Breakfast: tall nonfat latte, bran flakes, rice krispee square.
Lunch: 6" Subway veggie sandwich
Dinner: blueberries, 2 mini pitas.

LoL I too hiked 6.76 kilometers this morning. :) but didn't run much at all. With a leaking heart valve I have to limit heart rate to below 120. You are doing very good, keeping healthy and eating right. Way to go! :)
