Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…

Another ride yesterday….actually look forward to it each day…guess taking time off of the trainer was a good thing….it helps give me the time I enjoyed on the bike when I was able to see…it doesn’t replace it… ut lest I can still s joy that feeling…

Got both windows open..letting in fresh air..before the hot humid air starts all over again today…it was miserable yesterday…not that I went out..but what people said as they came in…inside days for me…

Always listening to something to learn…

Smells so fresh outside….all the different smells of the early morning before everyone starts moving…

No coffee yet….sipping on water…huh…lol…

Well….need to shit windows…darn…sun is coming up…won’t take long for it to change in temps…

Ty kat….yes riding agin feels great…I look forward to each ride….for me it’s not about how fast I go..just enjoying the workout and keeping the heart rate down while I ride…
