Happy 😃 😃 muggy Thursday…

Already 68 outside..just opened windows but only till sun comes out..then close them to keep it cool…and less humid….gonna be a hot summer I’m guessing with humidity….

Yesterdays ride…climbed one of them mountains that just never end..I was close to the end..but my legs were done with the workout…but climbing elevation is best workout you can do…builds up the legs and lungs..lol…and increases your language skills when you go down a hill..only to see a new up hill pop up…

Sipping ☕️…not a lot on my mind…just another day of beating the heat and getting a workout in…weigh in here in a few days…weigh is down again for month..but it’s crept up from where I got it to last fast I did…part of the game I play when I break a fast…huh….

Well…almost 6 am…get my walking thru the halls in..get my legs moving….soon as coffee is gone…lol…don’t want to waste that…lol…
