Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday…

Rode in zwift again yesterday after an hour of getting some vitamin d…days are warming up fast…using air conditioning more…hate closing the windows…life in Illinois…lol…65 %recovery yesterday when I rode..today it’s at 85%….and from yellow to green…sometimes I’m not sure if whoop has a clue…

Something I’ve noticed by water fasting..or eating cleaner…the moles I have are shrinking…and some hust fall off eventually…who knew huh…..

Well…plan today..ride ..walk…move…eat less…get out of my cave..lol

Ty og…journaling for me clears my mind of my morning thoughts after waking up…sometimes the longer ones are me getting the negative thoughts that creep in…like yesterday..I can’t change the food industry…all I can change is me….and changing me is an everyday challenge…doing my best…not allowing a mess up to take over the whole day…I have to journal…it’s a habit….lol
