Pssssst…..I have a secret…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…..

Since your already here….and your on the site….fatsecret I guess you know the secret ..other wise why would you be here right….the easy of it all…quit eating as much…hard to do ..since the food industry has the upper hand on food…they make it to keep the addiction to food…plus there’s sugar…did you know that in the 1880s sugar hadn’t been around…no diseases like we now have….and now …most if not all..are related to food and sugar….that’s sad that it’s all about money…me and you being healthy is all about money….all the supplements…all the exercise equipment…all the ads to make you healthy…all the food ..

The secret to being healthy…..is living like a caveman…eating like he or she did…less meals…being more picky about your choices of what goes in your mouth….also….this doesn’t work for everyone…if it did..we all wouldn’t be here….everyone burns it off differently…

Each time I go to my doctor…who by the way looks like he works out…why I like him so much…I would tell him..I want to lose weight…he would say…Mike…cico….last time I went…I told him…bullshit on cico…I got his attention…lol…I could tell by his expression…that’s when I finally got the answer I was looking for…it’s about fasting…the secret for some of us…eating like a caveman is how I relate to it….

Do I get hungry when I do a water fast…yes I do…but water works wonders…and I start my fast after breakfast…I do omad..one meal a day…thru the week…then Friday to Monday I do a water fast…the weight has been coming off so fast I’m amazed how well it works..and no excess skin..like I’ve said..it works for me..that’s why it’s so hard for all of us to have one solution…

My sleep was better last night…listened to .. https://youtu.be/wPhefMiF5Zw. …. I have a neighbor that like to act like she can turn her tv up…so everyone can hear it..my soliution…headphones…and reporting her to administrators…lol…gotta have that recovery btime…sleep is important….

Plan to get my zwift ride in this morning..getting back into the riding mood…plus it’s getting hotter outside…less outdoor time…

When I went to a dietician, she recommended that I eat 6 times a day. Carbs & protein 5 meals & Carbs, protein, and veggies 1 meal. 👀 Like WTF?!
