Busy day yesterday…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…..

After breakfast yesterday..at 830 am..was already out in sun…soaking it up…I even walked around the parking lot….have decided it’s time to start walking outside and put my fear of falling to rest…there is a small mall about .5 miles on the road but the facility…i eveb walked that yesterday…only walked it one other time…since being here..but yesterday…was listening to podcast about fear…made me think..so…each day I plan to turn on Strava on my phone as I walk out the door and record my walk..might not be far..but need to build my route up…

Talked with nurse yesterday about the noisey neighbor..it was addressed…I could tell…also…the nurse and I have been talking…and the plan is for her and me to addresse the cnas out here about the effects of diabetes and lifestyle change….I have a picture of me when I was 374…. Back in 2996….. I keep it as a reminder….

Windows open from yesterday…feels alittle cool…Siri…says 54…. Would like to get short walk in before breakfast…start my day out right…doing a walk…then breaking my omad with breakfast…then start my next omad….

Coffee is gone…feet want to move….lol
