I have a noise next door neighbor

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday….

Sleeping..but not like I should…having to call cnas at 130am..to go to her room to turn down tv… I myself think it’s a noise thing to help her sleep…il be talking to administrator today..he can have a reminder with her…

Another hour spent in sun yesterday…felt so nice…il be there again today…my meditation time…

My body just doesn’t seem to want to drop below 265…but gotta trust the process..sometimes when something is working we get in a hurry to see results…I’m one of them…

Well…coffee is good…but need to get ready for my first meal since Thursday breakfast…am I hungry..not really..just a meal…

Your dedication to the process of fasting is admirable!! What are you using to track sleep? My sleep has been awful for years and I would like to see just how bad it is. lol

I wear a whoop tracker…doesn’t track steps…but does a lot more then most

A fitbit will track as well…depends on what your looking to track

I have been using Whoop since January, its been really helpful and interesting and accurate, I believe.

I’ve been using my whoop when it came out as whoop 3.. when they upgraded they sent me the whoop 4 and I passed the 3 to a friend…it’s helped me see how sleep is important for recovery…among so many other things

For me..I don’t need a watch..can’t see the dial..and the whoop has no face on it…I have a strap I wear on my ankle with my fitbit inside for steps…got all the tracking I need…if I go walking and want to track the actual walk Strava does that…

What I like the most about the whoop is not having to take it off to recharge it..just put battery on..slide it off…
