Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

Took yesterday off….totally a lazy day…most I sis was walk outside to sit down in sunlight….to soak it in dor an hour…..used the elevator….people looked at me…like mikes using the elevator…lol…

Thinking of doing it again today….getting sun this mornin…then rain moves in…

I was listening to a video yesterday…learned what the first place is that we gain flab….any guesses….

Gonna start a 4 day …started yesterday after breakfast…just keep it going till Monday at breakfast…

I tried my white shorts on yesterday…I could button them…but was a struggle..lol…so…more incentive to trust the process regardless of what the scales show…yesterday weight was up….made me wonder what the heck….but I stayed in my mindset…

Well…coffee is gone…time to switch to water…
