Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday….

Traded an hour of walking yesterday for an hour to soak up some sun…only 4 miles yesterday but today..just gonna take day off..rest my knees…and soak up more rays…get them while I can before the humid days get here…

Weight is up….big ? …not sure why…haven’t cheated…although with the increase now I wish I had….like the scale gods are testing me….

Il just do upper body workout today..let my lower half take the elevator today….see if I remember how to push the #1….only 2 floors…lol….

☕️ is gone….breakfast in an hour…then sit and wait on sun to warm it up outside…53 right now….and sun is waking up…
