Happy 😃 happy 😃 rainy Tuesday….

Window open at the time..birds chirping…rain has stopped for a few…sipping my cup of ☕️…listening to the quiet of the morning…

I was walking yesterday after everyone but me was eating…in cafertia…my neighbor stopped me..commented on my loss of weight…told her I had been water fasting…we got to talking…she was telling me about some flavored water…I told her it wasn’t as good as regular water…I took picture of label…so I could read it to her…aspertine was in it….among other things I couldn’t pronounce….she said but it’s so good…that’s what the food industry likes to hear…lol…then we got to talking about fasting and water fasting…and I told her it’s not easy…something you have to build up to..she does a sort of fasting…she only eats lunch…but has a snack in the morning of peanut butter and ritz cracker and later in day..she cuts up a green pepper..authored peanut butter again..lol..kinda fasting…

I talk alot on here about fasting..as I’ve been intermittent fasting for years..trying different hours…and now have added omad and water fasting to my routine…but I gotta say to anyone that’s just starting…it’s a learning process..or it was easy….we all be thin….and over time it does get easier..

Well…time to get my steps started….before breaking my fast…
