Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

Rain moving in…

My steps came easy yesterday…. But I did have 2 days off….

Breaking fast for breakfast…then back into a 48-72 hour fast…

Over the last month I’ve watched a lot of videos on you tube about diabetes eveb though I don’t have it…I see so many here that do..or as workers are headed in that direction l..some are taking the lifestyle change…some continue on the wrong path…Diabetes affects so many parts of the body…

Some of the videos aren’t for everyone…and I kno that…I’m just the messenger passing links along to those on the same energy level…
