Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday….

Back into detective 🕵️‍♀️ mode….left knee bothering me this week..started yesterday…thought maybe it was the weather…rain last 2-3 days….took pain pill yesterday…that helped…but try and do without as much as possible…today it’s worse…only thing that’s different is the mct oil in ☕️…after this cup…already had it in cup..before journal time…guess next cup il try the butter for a few days..see if it clears…

It’s bad enough..thought about just staying in room today…and since I’m in room…expanding fast…to early to decide…and since I’m not sleeping as good..again…that to could be the oil….took an extra magnesium last night..I slept..but seemed more like I was in a really light sleep with lots of roll over time….

Weight is up…but only barely…after all the loss…not to worried about it…body probably panting and catching up…lol…

Guess it could be up…from me thinking about a meal from Mickey dees….lol…again..didn’t start till the addiction of the oil….

Well…need to do a few things..hobble around today…I’m sure it’s gonna be better…

Decided to eat….just do the 48 noir fast on weekdays…and do even longer at end of month…in time for monthly weigh ins here….
