Today is definitely a beautiful day. I have been up and around since 6 AM.
This afternoon I am bowling with my grandson on a Sunday afternoon adult/youth league. The league is 2 person teams, one child and one adult. My grandson really loves bowling, it is his favorite thing. It is fun and better than staying home and watching tv all day. I always stress the importance of staying busy, it keeps your mind off thinking about something to eat. I had my HiLo low carb cereal with 1/2 cup of 1% milk. It is filling and a break for eggs. Don't get me wrong, I love eggs but after a while I get weary of them.
