Il do better today…

Happy 😃 happy 😊 Tuesday…

Things were going great yesterday ..when outside ..enjoyed the sun…got my walking and upper body workout…and then I was human…I had wheat thins instead of drinking lots of water…after only…so many wheat thins…they did taste so good…I have to admit…I was mad at myself…I grabbed a 29 oz bottle of water trying to erase my mistake right before bed…I was up last night more then usual…nut all that water did help some…

Today it’s all about doing better….got my cup of ☕️…and a 20 oz of water to drink before breakfast…then fill the bottle up..and grab the next one…bathroom time today for sure…lol..more then normal..but it’s ok..something I noticed from my 5 day water fast..I hold more water…a good thing…

It oh……coffee is gone…lol…604am…let the water begin…got electrolytes in it…mmmmm good…

Well….need to finish off the water…get ready for breakfast…get a walk in…
