Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…

Broke my fast yesterday at lunch..with bowl of tomato soup…had no problems…

Rode yesterday before lunch..trying to use some of that extra energy I was having after being on that fast…my longest so far..but plan to do another in may…either a 5 or a 7…

What I noticed about the fast..first 1-3 days was breaking the craving ..even though I omad…still cravings as I eat as clean as I can here…still cravings…day 4 was just the opposite….and then day 5 when I weighed in and seen the numbers..I just wanted it over…lol…happy with the results..now we refeed and see what happens…

Nothing like a fasted high or that first ☕️ ….

Been getting up later..when I can…getting my sleep is as important as anything else…need that recovery time to heal the body…almost to 270…I’m still in shock how fasting has helped me reach what I started back in 2007… and it’s a great feeling…regardless of how long it took…it’s been worth all the learning…I’ve grown from it…

Had frost last night…lots like last of April..we get every season that can happen…lol..

Have a fantastic positive day…move more…eat less…

I have to say….fasting isn’t for everyone….it’s what seems to work for me…
