😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

Day 4.. I had planned to stop on day 4… now I’m not sure…I’m in a steady routine and seeing fantastic results…I’m thinking when I hit 10 ponds or so..doing omad a day or so..then returning to longer fasting..it’s almost weigh in time here…and food is no longer an addiction….and it feels great…

The best part of being on this fast..is spreading the word…all I do is show them the videos I’m listening to and telling or showing them my results for 4 days…I do tell them I started out doing intermittent fasting…doing a 4 plus day …does take prepping…

Got my 10000 steps yesterday…all that energy and no food….and still doing the counter push-ups and resistance band workouts…

And yes I have people that think I need food..the nay sayers…I just let it roll off my jack…most of the nay sayers are on more meds then me….I just smile and do my steps…lol…

Well…first☕️is gone…energy is ++… might be the coffee…lol…

amazing! you are doing great!!! the most i managed was 2 day fast when i had 2 herniated discs in low back and nerve damage in right leg and active arthritis in my opposite knee. i literally couldnt walk!! i was desparate to lower inflammation.. im not sure how experienced with extended fasts you are so i offer this tidbit of advice just in case-be cautious when eating food again.. refeeding syndrome isnt pretty. sipping bone broth for a few hours to a day will help wake up your digestive system! you can keep your fasting timer going until you eat solids again. A soup in a great first meal, before eating something hard to digest and in excess. hope this helps!! keep rocking it!!

I had nerve damage in my leg…and it took a while to heal….fasting clears inflammation….my nerve damaged healed on its own..I used heat an cool in that area….thanks for the advise…
