Happy 😃 happy 😃 day 3..

Seems like it should be more..lol…and after yesterday…no 2 fasts seem the same…yesterday all I thought about was eating..throwing in the clock…and eating a meal..even though I wasn’t hungry..just had cravings for food…nothing in particular…just eating…

Food..what an addiction to have…and not see all the problems it leads to…

Although the fast seems to be dragging by…lol…still debating on a Sunday breakfast..or Monday breakfast..as next week…planning to be fasting into weigh in day…2nd of the month…and also thinking of just doing omad…breakfast is all protein…where lunch is veggies and protein…as I said before decisions….lol..but time to decide…

Poring rain outside..storm last night as I was going to bed..but I lay down…I’m asleep…lol..

First ☕️is half gone…need to get my day started with a walk…

Have a fantastic positive day as always…eat less…move more…they have tshirt on Amazon that says that…lol..might of been where my doctor got the phrase…
