So begins a new day…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

520am…fist ☕️gone…sitting here thinking…lol…

61..a high in 80s today..gonna warn up quick today…was so nice yesterday…soaked up some of them rays…felt good..just enough breeze to keep it cool…be the same today…get my hour or so…

Yesterday I rode elevator up to second floor to my room…older lady..in her 90s ..gets on elevator with me..she says..you never ride the elevator..lol..I said…my knees need a day off…she walks everyday outside a mile or so…

And then..we gad the guy that’s always in a wheelchair…his wife pushes him everywhere…she went to walmart yesterday..left him in their room….I heard he was up and walking…the cnas…were shocked…he can walk…lol…o me of them days…I missed it…they both sit at my table..I can’t wait to say something…lol…

Rain ti arrow so they say…we will see…

First 24 almost over with..next 24 starting…listened to you tube yesterday…it’s like the exercising market…lol..everyone knows how to lose weight…and has a book…lol..

Well…2nd cup os gone….time to find next thing to focus on…lol

Ty…not sure I would call it amazing…more like let’s see how far we can get away with this….the therapist had him up and walking today using a gate belt and walker…
