Only 3.13 Nikes yesterday..sinuses were bothering me..just stayed in room..today feel fine…already have 2 miles in…but waiting on cofffee….got a notice they are coming at 630am to get blood….been drinking water so I’m not dehydrated…first thing in morning..I’m always dehydrated….where’s my coffee…lol…

Only 6.5 hours of sleep last night…just seemed like I dreamed all night…and a really light sleep…of course they came in after I went to sleep to tell me I had a test this morning…I was awake all day..where was they…lol…

I’m still thinking about the metformin….any one ever on it…

Gonna be a high step day…at almost 2 miles..and it’s not 6am yet…

Have a fantastic positive day…bacj to walking to wait on 630…so I can have my ☕️…
