Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

First mile…on first ☕️…lol…

Great visit with dr yesterday…he came in room…says…what you here for..I said I just came to say hi…lol…after that I ask questions about…met Forman..he said it might help..but side effect for some was upset tummy…and he brought up fact that I hate taking pills..lol…I asked about insulin resistance and bp….and if I could ever get off my bp meds…as always…he said anything is possible…lol…spoken like a dr….but he did say I might get off one of them…he said Mike your doing great…then we talked about fasting..I wasn’t sure about his stand on it so had to feel him out..he asked how long I fasted…I said 24 some days..but did a 48…a week or so…his reply..you should try 5-7 day then… I was smiling…il have to build up to that…I got the green light to go longer..and when I got in suv with sister…she had been talking to a friend that was leaving dr office…and friend commented on how I had lost weight…a good day for sure..when someone sees the results …..so all in all a great way yesterday…some of that positive energy coming back….

His final words ..move more…eat less…my thought as I think about that…eat like a cave man….

Todays plan…move more..enjoy some sun time…and do a 24 hour fast starting after breakfast….follow the same plan till Friday…then Friday-Monday…do a 72..slowly build up to a 5 day…

I had gone to dr..to see about a blood test…but I had decided I wanted to wait a month or 2… to really be as clean as I could…he told me let him kno when I was ready..

Well..coffee is gone…time to move..get another mile in before breakfast…

Sounds like you got a hold star! Is the 5-2 where you eat normal for five days and fast for two days? I only fast about 12-18 hours now every day. I find not eating at night time easy but don't think I could go much longer.

1109am..4.79 miles…starting to slow down…lol…might be time for second cup of ☕️…lol…water…takes care of the thirst issue…but…lol…
