Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday..

Even on slow days I’m hitting 4 miles..lol…was surprised to see that much yesterday…as I didn’t think it would be but 3… I know with the window open..I been sleeping most of the night…and waking up at 430…ready to start a new day….first mile in…2nd cup ☕️…lol…

Was so nice yesterday morning outside…just a little breeze…so quiet..I think I slept for 30…. Lost track of time..only thing I can think of..next thing I knew everyone was going in for lunch…talk about a plate full…I only had the green bean casserole and the turkey…passed up the pie and rest of what was on plate..tried to get them to only bring what I wanted..but the brought it all…I gave pie to guy next to me…we were the only ones out of 6 at the table…what a waste of food…

Dr appointment this afternoon…just a checkup..I made it to get blood work…to see where my numbers are…see dr so he can set up a time..although I like my doctor..he believes in cico…and there’s more to it then that…

So…in a way…don’t really care if I go or not..since I was the one that called it in…

Well…cup is empty…lol…time to get ready for breakfast…

Have a fantastic positive day..I must of been bad..no chocolate marshmallow bunny’s yesterday….

Was a great visit….he’s completely on board with my fast..and even longer fast…which I’m thinking towards end of month..when it’s weigh in time here….
