Happy 😃 happy 😃 Easter….

What a day yesterday….great step day…enjoyed some sun…picked on the cna,s….and still in a fasted state….plan to break fast at lunch time…if it wasn’t Easter meal…I’d just keep the fast going…

Less steps planned today..drinking my first cup of ☕️…no walk yet…ice on top of knee…it’s puffy…trying to keep ahead of it..after I quit walking yesterday..I could tell my knee was stiffing up…took a pain pill even though I wasn’t hurting..thinking it would relax it enough to help…slept great…but…still tired…lol…coffee hasn’t done it’s job yet….

Plan today…soak up some sun..walk less..lest 2-3 miles…keep it limbered…o yeah…keep the cna,s on their toes…lol….and do resistance bands..and counter push ups…
