Insulin resistance

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

I clicked on this video yesterday…. https://youtu.be/a5gBFCVYmgI ….and even though I’m not diabetic…I still learned from it…being over weight…a lot of my life…I can relate to going to doctors and hearing cico…to getting weight off….but there is more to it…if only it was that simple….

I’ve been walking more..getting closer to 4 miles per day..and not really noticing that the steps are increasing…a good thing right…lol..

Slept with window open again last night…till 2am…39 outside…had to p…closed it..back to bed till 430am..ready to get up…get my steps..so I can enjoy that first cup of ☕️….Easter lunch tomorrow…so thinking of a longer fast today…doing a 24 hour fast..and if the sun slips away from the clouds..enjoying some sun today as well…

Well…time to get to stepping..I’m ready for a cup…
