It's that time of the month where I post my #'s & review from the current month & goals for the coming month,so here it is:

MAY ENDS/JUNE BEGINS:(*=Target)

Waist-44(dwn.1")
Hip-44(dwn.3/4")

Fat%-37.1(up.1%)
H2O%-45.9*(dwn. .1%)
Bone-5.5*
BMI-32.8

REVIEW:My body is changing shape! Granted,the shape isn't at my ideal YET,but it is no longer barrel shaped either:D now it is a wide & straight with a slight curve at the top :D & I'm quite ok with that :D most things "under construction" don't look as they will *until* the construction is complete!

WHAT I HAVE DONE THIS MONTH:I have been eating more salads of GREEN thanks to Snow as YOU may know! I have upped my water & have hit the target goal 2 months in a row now! My results have shown a loss of 2" overall body fat from my bust, waist & hips!!!

WHAT NEEDS WORK:My eating is still not what I want it to be nor is my cardio or strength training.

ACTIVITY GOALS FOR JUNE:

Cardio/Strength Train everyday but Wed.(Wed wear pedometer & count steps)
Every day weigh ins on calender/main part of meals salad/70oz.Water B4 other bev.
Educate self on nutrition & how it effects the body.Test for accuracy. Apply Truths if "suitable" to my goals.

MEASURABLE GOALS FOR JUNE:

Lose 10 lbs, Lose 2"or more from waist,hips & thighs, Lower BMI & fat%, Wear a size 14 comfortably.


Don't wish me luck-Luck has nothing to do with it!
Encourage me with YOUR efforts,accomplishments,true knowledge & seizing of daily opportunities because THAT is what it takes to be the person *I* want to be :D

Ain't it great when you can see the progress? I think it's more gratifying than the scale. I think it's also a better measure and a bigger encouragement. Way to go Mya.

Good that you're seeing results in your body, the scale isn't our only measure of progress.

That reminds me that I forgot to do this in May. I'll probably do it tomorrow when I'm home if I have time, or Saturday. Doing some alterations for a friend tomorrow.

Thanks NM :D It is such a bigger boost than the scale. I weighed first & thought O No, but then after I weighed & lost inches I remembered that muscle weighs more than fat & was raised in spirit again! I'm testing several things that work independently of each other TOGETHER for the next 3 months but would like your opinion of it. Ill be posting it in a journal this week,please comment on it.

Letty Girl!!! You are so awesome with your before & after pic's! :D Your attitude is a great partner :) I dont know what all you are doing,or have been doing but what ever it is its working for you! I have a few of your "motivation" bookmarked for quick referral & fast access :D keep stoking that fire!!!

Jmb You are absolutely right & sometimes we just need reminded of that :) A couple months back I shot out a post on that very topic for SHORTIES LOSING IT! I hope that Transformation Team found support,inspiration,motivation,or the like from it-but if not, *I* was encouraged & strengthened in my determinations just by writing it! :D
