Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

Time change ain’t it great…if I hadn’t lost the hour..I’d a had my 8… as I slept really great otherwise….

Another cold day ahead…bur fewer of them…

Already had 2 cups and a walk…gotta say..the knees are talking to me today…just one of them days…usually by the second mile..they limber up …

Was on the obit page yesterday…of all that was there…only 1-2 was older then me..rest were like 20 years younger or so…and other then noticing they had put on a lot of weight over the years…might of not been why they passed..but I’m sure it was part of the cause…guess living a healthier lifestyle I see things differently…when I look at people…just wish more understood food better…

Weight is headed back down again..had a stern talk with myself and the scales…must of scared them…lol..

Well….that time to do a few things before breakfast…
