New day…new thoughts..

Happy 😃 happy Thursday…

Put fitbit in sock…guess I been walking more then I thought…lol…

I had someone several weeks ago come up to me…o you still trying to loose weight…this morning I thought about how u should have addressed that..I should of said no..I’m changing my lifestyle with food…I think about how food and the way it’s been manipulated over the years..supposedly to make it better…instead…it’s to keep people addicted to a certain taste or feeling…in the end..most people are addicted to gaining weight…sad but true…then there’s the fitness side…also in it to sell…when really it’s quite simple…change your friendship with food…don’t use food for comfort…it’s just a meal….something you need from time to time…and with each person that changes with how their body burns it..something each person has to figure out…it’s like a puzzle…except the puzzle changes…as does life …

Well…my entry for the day…lol…coffee time…
