Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday..I mean Wednesday…

A new feature on whoop…breaks it down for you..I like that..if I have to start or stop an activity..I sometimes forget…and with this…it somehow knows…

Slept with window cracked last night again..at 4am..it was 42…with a wind chill of 34… lol…but I slept so good…

6700 steps yesterday…since I been more focused…I’ve felt more like moving more..and most of those steps was before lunch…after lunch…I’m starting to enjoy the recliner more…lol..just walking in apartment adds the extra steps…

No sun yesterday..and when it did come out…the wind made it cold…

Tight now it’s showing rain on radar..but snow moving south over it…so..I’m guessing another inside day..sad face …lol…

Well..had my 2 cups…time to get a few things done..I can hear the wind blowing..might have to shut the window….cna…will think I’ve lost it with window open..and it being cold…lol..instead of here…they be taking me to the padded cell home…lol…
