Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday….

Sipping my ☕️…got the window open..39 outside..slept with it open last night…slept great..already got my 3/4 mile I …get the rest on way to breakfast…

It was so nice yesterday…70s…soaked up the sun for 90 minutes…starting to add more tan..it’s only march…lol..but as the months pass and it gets warmer..the humidity gets worse…so enjoy it while I can…only 55 today…hoping the sun is out..and it’s not windy….

As I work my weight off..I often think about all the people that want to drop some weight and can’t….my doctor told me 8 months ago..calories in..calories out..but that’s not the full answer…being a borderline diabetic back in 2006…and taking that doctors advice to move more..helped me get my numbers back in line..that even the nurse here says she wishes some of hers were that good….which after a year..they might be..she lost 75 pounds..I’m so proud of her….a transformation that if I didn’t know her before…she also fast..not sure how long..but know she’s a runner as well…and it shows…not sure where I’m hoping with this journal…lol…

Back to Coco…for me…my body loves to hand on to the food I eat…maybe as I get older..that will be a good thing..but now…not so great…lol..I’m a big guy…time in the gym..working in a saw mill lifting chunks of sawed up tree trunks to saw down,,working inn a factory lifting 100 pond bags of gypism? …to make inside brick…and then being lazy…and letting life get in the way…in 2006… I had already done all of that…and I got off 100 pounds…and over 17 years have kept most of it off…at times i feel like the person…that only has 5-10 pounds left to get off…

Well..second cup is almost gone..not sure this journal made sense..
