Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

Always a great day when you see results on the scale….means what your doing is working…

Just finished first cup of ☕️…already got 3/4 mile in..more to come…and also doing resistance bands and push-ups as well…took like a 2 week vacation from bands..need to add it all back in…

Just made second cup..opened up the blinds..hazy…with 30 outside…yucky poo….but Sunday or Monday back into 70s again..bring it on..I’m ready…been a mild winter so far…

Thinking of start using a rollator outside…with my vision and feeling off balance outside…it’s something I been thinking about..then I could go walking outside as soon as weather warms up…thinking about adding the front and back flashing reflector off my rode bicycle…I sold the bikes..but kept the accessories…the lights..ppl would see 2 blocks away…lol…it’s a thought I need to look into…

Well….time is slipping away….time to put on headphones and rock …
