Happy 😃 rainy Friday….

Guess I was tired last night….slept 7.5 hours straight..till I got up…to p…then goy in bed for 10 minutes…and decided I was tired of laying…and got dressed…already went for 3/4 mile walking inside facility…each lap is 1/4 mile…

Listening to you tube interview with Sinclair and aging…next time I go to dr…il be asking about several things I’ve heard on several of his interviews…

In a 24 hour fast..but thinking of going longer today…not sure yet…

Had to do errands in town yesterday…sister went thru Dairy Queen for a small Diet Pepsi…I wasn’t even tempted….normally I am…so I must be getting better…

Well….close to brew time…lol…nerd that first cup of ☕️ and my ag1….
