Happy 😃 sunny day ahead Wednesday….I hope…

70 today…but hoping the clouds give me some needed sunshine…

Still listening ti lifespan podcast…resisting to the episodes..picking up on new things…

I’m guessing my inflammation has disappeared from all the everyday fasting I do…a month ago I was taking a pain pill per day..now none….and no inflammation at all…like night and day…it’s a natural high…being pain free…everyday…

Todays plan like usual..keep moving…already got first walk in…3/4 mile…before first cup…on second cup now..then a break fast…then back into a 24 hour fast again…use my fat stores for that natural high…lol….weigh in for the month here is coming up…my plan in narch…get more aggressive with what seems to be working for me..

Have a fantastic positive day..and spread it…

At midnight I was up for 30 minutes..but finally got sleepy again….
