Happy 😃 stormy Monday….

Wind is howling..it’s raining …perfect Monday…lol…

It’s 620am…at 720am..I might break my 44 hour fast…not all that hungry…but around here if your not showing up for meals the residents begin to think your sick…which I’m not…

Over last several hours..been thinking a lot…instead of getting the weight off…which is part of it..it’s more about being healthier…I’ve noticed just in myself in a month how I’ve changed doing 24-40 jour fast..how it’s changed my thinking..my inflammation…getting off pain pills..my outlook on food has changed again…not everything is bad…just smaller amounts…

Me..I’m a big guy…working in a saw mill for 2-3 years…and going to the gym..and lifting..at one time…and then all those years of riding on a bicycle in them early hours….all the movement….all the food eaten afterwards…I guess being healthier in other ways just hadn’t been thought of yet by me…at times. I feel like I’m in the wrong time….

Well…coffee was better then usual…need to do a couple of things before I head for breakfast…lol…they are having Goloush for lunch…so I’m thinking…big breakfast…small lunch..

First 24 was a breeze…since I’ve been doing omad…but after noon till 7pm…as I was going into the next 24…I wondered about it…but once I went to sleep…then that 8 hours flew by…when I got up around 430am this morning…was just a matter of deciding when to break the fast…I’m planning on a 48 again…in March…towards end of month…
