Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

Started listening to dr David sinclair… https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/lifespan-with-dr-david-sinclair/id1601709306?i=1000547642280. ….easy to understand his podcast is lifespan ….this is part of 8 episodes…first was about aging…

Storm wasn’t as bad as I thought last night…but with the wind..rain was coming down sideways for a few and lasted long enough to fill 3-4 foot ditch in front….today temps ate in 50s…have window open..but can tell temps have dropped as sun is starting to change…

Week almost over again…they pass so fast…but I’m glad …hate slow days…I get bored…lol…

Well….coffee was good…but need cup #2…right now thinking of doing a 48 noir fast…always sounds so good at 7am..lol…but by 1130 am…I hit my 24 hour omad….I kinda play it by how I feel…
