Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday..

Second journal fat secret…something about doing a journal on weigh in..I get a forbidden error…o well…I kno better then to journal to much there….

Lots of water yesterday…lots of trips to bathroom last night..lots of awake time..but did get 8 hours of recovery time…that’s what counts…

First cup of ☕️…will soon be passing back out..lol…along with bottle of water…was up at 430am..ready to weigh in at 530….now it’s 640am…ready for second cup..and turning up the furnace…body has cooled off from walk…

Siri says 36 outside…and a heavy frost covering everything…so nice to be able to get my walking inside…and not have to leave facility to do it…there are some days I think maybe moving here was to early…maybe living in a house..would have been ok…but I also think about Covid and how friends stopped coming over…being in a assisted living…always someone wanting to say hi…outside friends…far an few…it’s like that as you get older..a lot of the guys I use to hang around with..when I first moved to town…have already passed…and all of them younger then me…guess changing to a better lifestyle was a smart move….and after 17 years of not smoking…now it’s legal….took them long enough….

Like everything…how can the government make money from it..

I’m done…lool….
