Happy ❤️ Valentine’s Day….

The menu for the day….where does it say more sleep…been up since midnight…don’t kno why I couldn’t sleep…but just one of them nights…kinda think..might of been to hot in room…even though I had fan on…got up to 60 yesterday…and again today…may have to turn air on..I want my sleep…

2 cups of ☕️…and I’m awake…but the buzz left…just now 5 am…gonna be a lonnnng day…and several cups of ☕️…wight is up naturally…

I opted for the chicken…broccoli…cottage cheese…not sure what else…been a few days..lol…going to fast thru till lunch…kinda wish I could fast the whole day..the meal is ok…but let’s face it…food is food and after a while don’t matter how you jazz it up…it’s still chicken..lol…

Well….6 more hours till lunch…lol…might have to have a nap in between now and then…lol…
