Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

If I eat breakfast…il hit a 44 hour fast…if I quit at 11am..then 48 hour fast…and really the thought of food is gone…just finished first cup of coffee ☕️…yesterday my sinuses were active so eating wasn’t hard to pass by…today sinuses are better…

I have to laugh 😂….when someone sees I’ve missed a meal…their first words are…you gotta eat….lol…I just tell them air and water..is all I need….

My fast is impressive in what I lost…just sitting and playing a game called raid..and walking to bathroom…lol…my weight always goes up after I weigh in..and eat meals..even though I walk after meals and pick wisely…usually 4 pounds at least…and when I go back into my.fasting after lunch…then it hits what I recorded that morning…most of its water weight….

Almost 7am….lol….I’m thinkin….4 more hours I can hit 49… lol….and just have soup…

I have to mention…last time I had blood test…last fall….one of the nurses..I ask her if she could read it for me..but she said that’s what your doctor is for…it’s something she can’t do..without getting in trouble..she did say..mike some of your numbers are better then mine..made me feel good…she has since lost 50 pounds…and if I didn’t kno her before her transformation…I wouldn’t kno her…remarkable…

Welll…..time for another ☕️..
