Been lied to about calories….

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday…turned my heat off…Yeap…it’s 26 outside…but after doing 3/4 miles…warm enough in here..not to turn heat back on yet…was almost 60 yesterday…nice..even opened my window some of the day…Yeap…probably pay for it with sinus issues…but just wanted to feel the Warner air….Tuesday the rain moves in for several days….

Got 8 again last night…and was up and walking before alarm went off…think my body is changing ahead of the time change….

Well…cup of ☕️ time…lol….my reward for getting up and at it first thing in the morning…
