Happy 😃 brrrr cold Saturday…..

17….feels like 6…wind is blowing…last of the really cooler days..back in the 50s for a few days…I’m ready…

Sleep was off again last night…slept great till midnight or so…then…sleeping was over…2nd cup of ☕️ ….gonna be one of them days…walked before first cup…left knee feels like it’s got a catch in it..felt same yesterday…been walking on it anyways…got heating pad on it …thinking that night help…

Decided yo go back to omad…2 days off…and I was missing the benefits…19 hour fasting just didn’t seem long enough….and I was getting laced in my eating….so easy….you would think by now…it would no longer be a daily meal thing..of choosing the right thing…in here…most of the food is clean….until you get to the deserts….ice cream….cakes..brownies…pies….all sugar highs…and mostly gotten at walmart in frozen 🥶 section…I give in to the cake from time to time…but pass on all the other…

Passed up a pizza party 🎉 my sister was having…thought sleep was more important…

Well….once again my cup is dry….lol…

Time to move…
