Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday…

See the red…what happens when you don’t get enough sleep….and I know it’s cause I slacked on my supplements….il be back on them today…

As I walked yesterday…I was thinking and smiling to my self…as I walked..no pain…the last half of the month has been noticeable…I was curious of how many pain pills I had took out of the 60..dr had sent….only 5 are gone….I’m impressed with myself…to be pain free…when I walk…and workout…smile…a natural high…being healthy…and not in pain…what a everyday high…

Already had my coffee ☕️…and my supplements…and it’s only 445am….and I even made sure my alarm was set last night..but at 130am…my eyes was open….so…got up…dressed…walked 2 trips thru the halls…and steps…be a nap this afternoon…I can tell…not enough sleep…

Weight is same…but guessing tomorrow…could be up again…sleep matters…1 cup of coffee ☕️…just isn’t gonna help today….lol
