Intermittent fasting success! Skipped breakfast, ate leftover soup and grilled cheese for lunch, with mandarin orange. Snacked on cheese stick, one square Ghirardelli 92% chocolate. Supper was avocado banana smoothie. I put half in the freezer for another day.

Worked in garden for several hours today. Planted English peas and onion sets. Spent some time realigning cement blocks and bricks around some of the raised beds. That entailed pulling weeds, lifting and moving about 10 cement blocks. Garden looks better now.

Started out for my walk today but by the time I got to the mailbox, my sciatic nerve said "No! No! Not today!" Hank was obviously disappointed. He loves going with me on walks. I seldom see anything exciting, but he follows every rabbit trail and squirrel chatter.

Macros: 28/51/21; -1537 net kcals. 1069 calories.
Next week I will go back to beef/butter/egg fast to realign those carbs and proteins. Soup was a nice break, but was heavy on carbs. I'm finding it is easier to stick with a diet plan if I change it up every week.
