I did it! Again! I walked the 1.2 miles. Yea Me! I volunteered at the library for 4 hours and was tired when I came in, so thought maybe I wouldn't walk today. Then after reading fat secret encouragement, I just walked out the door and kept walking. Thank you friends for all the motivation, and especially HCB!
I succeeded at intermittent fasting today. No eating between 7:00 pm and 11:00 am today.
Lunch was leftover veggie soup from yesterday, with shredded cheese and wheat toast. I fell for a couple of dum dum pops at the library, but snacked on cheese stick, one piece of 95% chocolate, and some nuts before the walk. Supper is tomato soup frozen, from my fall garden, with ground turkey and cheese added.
Macros 36/46/18; 895 calories, -1078 kcals.
I made it one more day. I will give it another try tomorrow!
