I succeeded in intermittent fasting today, no eating between 7:00 pm last night and 12:00 noon today. Is it getting easier? maybe! Today I walked 3354 steps in 45 minutes, all the way from our house to the county road, .6 of a mile, and back to make it 1.2 mile. Yea me! First walking goal accomplished. Is that getting easier? Some days yes and some days no.
Then I mowed the leaves covering half of my garden and used my hand cultivator to mix the leaf litter into the soil. Ready to plant onion sets and English peas very soon, depending on weather.

Ate vegetable soup and toasted cheese sandwich for lunch, and low carb banana bread.
Snacked on a turkey chomp and Sparkling water after exercise. 95% chocolate piece. Supper: hamburger patty and cheese, macros 28/49/23. 1029 calories; -1072 net kcals. Bedtime glucose 108. Walked total 6044 steps today.


Plan for tomorrow: intermittent fasting 16/8 and soup/sandwich for lunch.
