Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…

Didn’t push the walking yesterday…but did try the stairs one time…had to try…hate just walking the hall…and worked with resistance bands…and got my meditation in as well…so…got everything done and then some…

In between walks today…it’s cleaning out a cabinet….lol…at least one….hate opening cabinet door…and it looks cluttered….like I’m collecting….

My first cup of ☕️ is gone..naturally my feet ate ready to pace the floors…lol…get them steps started…get the day started…things too do….time is passing….listening to fasting for life podcast…walk..and rock time…
