Happy 😃 happy Friday the 13th…lol

Why is it…when you set alarms ..you want to sleep..and when you don’t..your up and ready…was up at 430am…ready to get my first cup of ☕️….flowing thru my veins…however…after a week..of putting my body thru more then I should have..it’s a day of recovery for my legs and knees…it’s hard for me to have a recovery day from time to time…I forget…even the younger me didn’t always walk every day….some days instead of 3-4… I would just walk a mile..just to limber up…and I can do 1 mile..just waking to elevator..for meals…

It’s snowed here last night…my kind of snow..just barely covers the ground….the wind is blowing…28 outside..with wind chill of 18…. Might have to turn my thermostat up…as I usually have it set lower….I’ve noticed..since I have started walking…I don’t keep the heat turned up as high…at night it normally runs on 55…lol…when my sister comes in to talk…she always says it’s cold in here…I turn it up while she’s in room..but then j get to warm…

Geez…all kinds of time today….546am…no place to be…guess it’s cup number 2 time….

Already run a load of tshirts thru laundry…as I just wash them..and let them drip dry…if I let them do them…they can’t read the note on the wall..that says don’t dry them in dryer…they return them…so soft…and so shrunk….I like em soft…but the ladies here complain…if my butt is showing…of all things to complain about….yes…when I first came here….I had to get longer tshirts….my whiteness must of shocked them…my back was tan…but….can’t tan everything…and here in summer time we have a dress code…I have looked for more private areas..I could shed more….

Heater kicked on..guess it got colder then 55 in here…lol…

Well….I’m bored…night have to occupy my mind…

Good morning! Yes, it’s Friday the 13th. My youngest yorkie is 8 today! It’s fitting for her, she is a wild child! Lol Same kind of weather here. Light snow on the ground from last night and cold. Glad you are being careful with your knee. I am sure you like your place cooler inside since you workout a lot. So you don’t put your tshirts in the dryer just for a couple minutes then hang them up? It is a great coffee sipping day!☕️☕️ Have a fabulous Friday!:)

set my alarm for 5 to do an hour on the treadmill.... baby woke up at 510 as i was making my coffee 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ ugh better luck tomorrow...
