I'm back because I know using the tools found here and the support of other FS members is what works. I have been under a lot of stress during the last 7 or eight months and now the stress is lessened. Now I begin again to get healthier and journey toward my desired weight. So wish me luck, determination and mindfulness as I set my foot on the path to a healthier life again. Best of luck to all FS members. J

dieting is hard enough without a stress stronghold. Sometimes the time is not right. Glad you're back. You can do this!
