1976 steps on my walk today, 3705 total today so far. Stuck to my WOE plan, 1097 calories, 12% carb, 64% fat, 24% protein, -839 net kcals. Doing this one day at a time! Plan to add some arm exercises while I watch the news tonight, working on the flab!
