Happy 😃 😃…unwanted to sleep Friday….

At 5… my whoop was telling me..I had my bed time…but I played lazy…just tired and a wee bit sore from squats…was surprised to see it in the green this morning…figured from all I did yesterday…it would be in the yellow…

I turned autocorrect on..got tired of all the red lines in my journal…lol…and got tired of spelling…

Brisk 30 outside…might be why the first cup taste so good…

Things to do…it’s 630:almost…but felt so good in bed…lol.l.

Have a fantastic positive day..

Decided this morning to switch things up…the intention is to walk the building each hour…less sit down time..build a mew habit..and add more steps per day…add my upper body workout in thru out the day…but mainly work on steps…on days my knees can take it…already noticing that the squats are helping my knees…or seems to be…

Good morning! Glad you are in the green today! It’s 32 here so about the same. Oh gosh, you turned autocorrect back on. Lol I guess I switched things up this morning, too! I started cleaning while my coffee was making and couldn’t stop! I usually don’t start anything before coffee!!! So, I will sip, sip and watch the birds and get back at it in a bit.
