Hi friends! Happy new year to all and much success with whatever your plans!

I've been missing a while, holiday eating, cruise, etc. I was very careful on the cruise and managed to lose a pound! Then after I came home I overendulged and gained 9 lbs. Started a beef/butter/egg fast on Monday January 2, and have lost 4.4 lbs this week, putting me back to 172.4 pounds. I have two more days on that WOE. Hoping to show a loss on the chart by Saturday morning.

Feeling energetic and ready to start enriching my garden, hoping to plant English peas and onions soon, weather cooperating. This time of year, when the seed catalogs start arriving, I get mentally ready to have my hands in the soil!
